Refund Policy

All customers must test products in-store before leaving to confirm satisfaction.

Refunds are not available for flavor preferences or personal dislikes.

Replacement is only offered for items tested on-site and proven defective (e.g., issues with charging or puffing).

Customers are fully responsible for the care and maintenance of their vape products. No refunds or replacements will be provided for damage due to misuse or improper handling.

In the case of an unsure reason for defect, we may offer a gift card instead of a replacement or full refund. The gift card can be used at any time and has no expiration date (like a discount voucher).

For online purchases [e.g., outside San Fernando, Pampanga], no refund or replacement will be provided under any circumstances.
