For Discounted Purchases
By choosing to avail of a discounted price, you agree to the following:
ALL items purchased under a discount are FINAL — strictly no refunds, returns, or replacements will be allowed.
This includes all e-juices, pods, devices, and any other item. This applies regardless of defect, and even within 5 days of purchase.
For Full-Priced Purchases
In-store testing is required before leaving the shop.
If a defect is found during in-store testing (e.g. device not charging, not puffing, visible damage, or any valid concern), we will offer a refund or replacement on the spot.
If the item passes testing but a defect is reported within 5 days of purchase, we will inspect the item and may offer a refund or replacement if the issue is confirmed.
After 5 days from the purchase date, no refund, return, or replacement will be honored, even if tested in-store.
For Online / Delivery Orders
All online and delivery purchases are FINAL.
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances — even if the product is defective or untested.
Alternative Solution (If Applicable)
In certain cases not covered by the above, a gift card may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
Gift cards have no expiration date and may be used anytime.
